Hi, I’m Shera, owner of LooseLocs LLC. I’ve been behind the chair since 2005 and have spent more than 21 years helping women feel confident, beautiful, and empowered through customized hair services. What started as a passion for making people feel their best has grown into a career that I truly love. I specialize in luxury hair extensions, lived-in blondes, dimensional color, and creating healthy, natural-looking hair that fits your lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to add length, volume, coverage, or completely transform your look, I offer a variety of extension methods including Hidden Bead, Hand-Tied, Genius Weft, K-Tip, Micro K-Tip, and V-Light Extensions. CANCELLATION POLICY
There is no cancellation fee for appointments that are canceled with more than a 24-hour notice. There is a fee for all appointments canceled less than 24 hours a 50% 75% fee will apply. If a client repeatedly cancels with less than 24-hours of their appointment, or misses appointments without giving notice, I may choose not to work with the client again. In the event that this occurs, client will be required to pay a DEPOSIT of 50% for 3 future appointments. If a client misses three appointments with the salon, I will not be able to schedule the client again.
